SPA Venera may refuse, postpone, or adapt the treatment if deemed necessary for health reasons.
8. Changes to terms and prices
SPA Venera may change prices and terms with 30 days' written notice. The customer may terminate the subscription (effective after the binding period) if the changes are not accepted.
9. Personal data
The customer's personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and is used for the administration of the subscription, booking appointments, and customer communication. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal basis for doing so.
